Nicole De La Loza Rivera (she/her) is the Director of People and Operations at Supermajority. She works to bring our values and Majority Rules to life within the organization to create a collaborative and radically inclusive workplace for employees. She is passionate about dismantling White Supremacy in workplace culture and fostering transparent and equitable practices that allow every employee–across background, race, and generation–to contribute meaningfully and feel their work is valued. Nicole has 15+ years of experience cultivating equity and inclusion across diverse workplaces and organizations in the nonprofit and corporate sectors. When she is not working, Nicole fills her cup by getting outdoors, eating dessert, and enjoying laughter and comedy in all its forms.
