Edith Yalitza LaFontaine Delgado (ella/she) joins Supermajority as Deputy Director of People and Equity. She was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico to a family dedicated to social justice, education, and religious service. After her tenure as an educator, Yalitza shifted full-time to organizing, advocacy, and nonprofit operations focused on centering the margins and dismantling systems of white supremacy. She joins us to support our people in embodying the Majority Rules in our workplace. She is a mother, grandmother, traveler, music lover, sports fanatic, and has a deep affinity for all things SciFi.
