Attend a 3-part training session, where you’ll learn everything you need to know about our approach to deep conversation – what it is, how to do it, and why it’s so effective in moving voters from apathy to action.

After training, you’ll have weekly opportunities to practice your new skills with fellow volunteers, led by Supermajority staff.

We’ve got you.

Lead your own events with support from Supermajority staff! You’ll also have the opportunity to participate in our pilot program having deep conversations with voters in Virginia in the fall.

“The Supermajority community is such a special place. Folks all across the country and from all walks of life come together to ensure we make gender equity a reality in our lifetime. It’s this kind of multiracial and intergenerational organizing that will move our country forward. So call your primas, tias, and abuelas because we got some work to do! ” – Paloma

“I can’t wait to help train Supermajority volunteers in deep conversation! Also known as deep canvassing, this approach has been around for decades and re-emerged as a tactic in the LGBTQ space after Prop 8 was passed in California. It’s been proven to help shift attitudes and make a measurable difference at the polls, including in the recent 2020 election.” – Zack

The work is far from over.

That’s why this year, we’re learning how to move voters to action through empathy, listening, and storytelling. We’ll train you to have conversations that are proven to be 102x more impactful than traditional canvassing.

You’d be a great fit for training if …
✅ You value listening and connecting with other people
✅ You want to meet others who also want to make a difference
✅ You’re comfortable talking on the phone
✅ You’ve worked in the service industry
✅ You think our country should be a place where all women have the right to safety, dignity, and respect

Supermajority Education Fund’s Majority Leaders program will cover how to build political power, how to center women of color in our leadership, the Majority Rules, how to lead with our values, and what practical next steps we can take to grow the movement. Along the way, we will hear from leading activists and organizers who will give us tangible examples and lessons.

Majority Leaders runs for seven weeks and consists of one-hour virtual teach-ins every Tuesday night at 8pm ET, starting May 4 and ending June 15.

Fill out the (short!) application here. We will be accepting applications on a rolling basis. The application period opens 3/22 and closes on 4/26 at 5 p.m. ET.

It’s free! It just costs your time – which we know is so very precious, and we promise to use wisely!

If you are accepted into the Majority Leaders program, you’ll be expected to attend our welcome and orientation on May 4th, our graduation ceremony on June 15th, and complete at least four out of the five weekly one-hour webinars (in real time or viewing the recording of the webinar). You’ll also be asked to submit weekly leadership challenges along the way (1 hour max per week) and join our online community via Slack.

Yes. We at Supermajority Education Fund are fully committed to the most inclusive understanding of women. For many of us our gender is as expansive as our vision for the world we want to live in. Thus when we say women, we are including trans women, femmes, gender non-conforming folks, two-spirit, and anyone else who identifies with women. Young women of color (who are 18+) are strongly encouraged to apply.
