Winning Elections

Our strategic plan.

We know one thing

WOMEN KNOW HOW TO ORGANIZE

Whether you need a recommendation for a restaurant, lender, who to vote for, or whether or not to hit send on a text – (sis, wait until the morning) women will do the research, share their testimony, and send all the links to help out their community. That’s what Supermajority is all about: helping women realize their power to become advocates and organizers. It’s about relationships, and using relationships to bring people together, call people in, and mobilize around a common cause or goal.

GET CAUGHT UP

‘WOMEN-TO-WOMEN’ ORGANIZING STRATEGY

We started off organizing our members to confront the Trump administration’s harmful agenda to women and their allies. We trained volunteers, organized communities, and turned out voters.

We called it our ‘women-to-women’ organizing strategy – because our volunteers didn’t just help women in their communities vote, they asked those women to mobilize others in their networks to do the same. And it worked, we created a movement and won an election!

By Election Day 2020

HERE’S WHAT WE DID TOGETHER

Sent over 8 million text messages to ensure women across the country knew how to vote safely and securely in a pandemic

Contacted over 4.5 million women voters in key states

Prioritized reaching young women and women of color in PA, AZ, GA, and MI

WE HELPED OUR MEMBERS VOTE, TOO!

1.8 million people

In our Facebook community read, reacted, or responded to Get Out The Vote (GOTV) content.

225 million organic impressions

Across social channels in the 4 days leading up to and including Election Day.

2.8 million additional voters

Reached by our personalized GOTV messages and reminders on Messenger.

Fighting for the Majority Rules

WHATS NEXT FOR SUPERMAJORITY

Our members made the difference for Joe Biden in key states, but our fight for equality didn’t end with the 2020 Election. In 2021 it’s all eyes on Virginia. We are training women to have values-based conversations with other women in the Commonwealth.

WHY VIRGINIA?

Because it matters!

Keeping Virginia blue is the best way to prevent the spread of copycat bills that restrict abortion and voting rights, among others.

WHY VALUES-BASED CONVERSATIONS?

Because it works!

Here’s what one Supermajority volunteer had to say, “My personal story matters and helps establish trust and vulnerability with a voter”.
