This is a free, year-round local leadership program inspired by Cecile Richards, who never waited her turn, never softened her truth, and never left anyone behind. She built movements by believing in women—especially those historically excluded—and making space for new leaders to rise.
We’re here to keep building what she started—with your voice, your strategy, and a community that’s got your back.
What to Expect
In 2025, we’re asking leaders who join the program to assemble their squad—a group of people committed to making the Majority Rules real right in their own communities. As one of Cecile’s Leaders in 2025, you will train your squad and organize three actions together. By the end of the year, you will have a roadmap into 2026, drawing the framework for how to take action together for the midterms.
